Rubber bellows are usually employed as protections for parts in motion (such as pneumatic or mechanical cilinders) or for still parts. The applications of rubber bellows are countless.

In order for you to better appreciate our drawings, we would like to point out that the measurements stated under the illustration indicate:

Where only one measurement is stated, it stands for the length of the bellows in stand-by (as moulded);
Where two measurements are stated, they stand for the lengths of the bellows completely closed and fully open;
Where three measurements are stated, they respectively stand for the length of: the bellows completely closed, in stand-by and fully open.

In addition to the models above, EXSTO Italia produces protective bellows according to the client’s drawings, in different types of rubber in order to meet any special requirement.

We offer cylindrical and conical bellows, with circular or rectangular section.

It is possible to produce bellows in the following rubber compounds: NR, NBR, HNBR, FKM, Silicone, Neoprene, EPDM, and many others.
