SNOWPLOUGH BLADES IN POLYURETHANE

Snowplow blades in full polyurethane are ideal ice removal equipment both for use in the city centre and on motorways.

The material used by EXSTO Italia guarantees excellent performance for its resistance to abrasion and to collisions even at low temperatures.
The advantage of the polyurethane snowplow blade in comparison to a steel one is that they do not damage any elements which may protrude from the road surface, such as pavements, manhole covers and speedbumps.

Our snow plow cutting edges are hard enough to break up packed snow and ice yet soft enough to provide a squeegee clean surface on roads or runways full of slush.
Snow plough wings can be made to client specifications, even in larger sizes: we can provide a maximum length of 3 metres and a height of 250-300 cm, as well as thicknesses from 20 to 60 mm.
In addition to polyurethane blades, EXSTO also produces snowplough sheets in a combined material made of rubber, metal and corindone.
