EXSTO Italia has more than 40 years experience in the manufacture of industrial heavy-load wheels in Vulkollan®, polyurethane and rubber for heavy loads and demanding applications.

We produce wheels, casters and rollers according to the customer’s drawing: our products are well-known for high quality and long-term reliability.

The various materials and polyurethane systems employed by EXSTO Italia guarantee the highest resistance to abrasion, to wear and to tear.

The excellent ease of movement of our heavy duty wheels in polyurethane facilitates the manual handling of heavy loads. Our industrial wheels are conceived for AGV (automated guided vehicles), trash compactors, fork-lifts to move glass, marble cutting machines, roller coasters, amusement parks, etc…

We also produce many wheels for floor sweepers professional scrubbers and spare parts of wheels for floor sweepers (ride-on or walk-behind), employing the best polyurethane compounds to guarantee safe movements over wet and slippery surfaces.

EXSTO Italia manufactures polyurethane rollers for agricultural tractors, cranes, lifters for boats and wheels for elevators.

Any type of metal rims can be covered or renovated, and we supply rubber, polyurethane and Vulkollan® wheels and castors finished by mould or by lathe.

We can supply cast iron, iron, aluminum or steel centers for the wheel, or the customer can send ours to us, with or without bearings. Our big cargo wheels are extremely strong with the added benefit of a bonded polyurethane tyre of the highest quality.
