In addition to the rubber production, we patented an innovative type of recoil pads, called Microcell, made of a cutting-edge tecnopolymer with outstanding properties: exceptional weight reduction (-60%) and recoil absorption rate, lower displacement during the shot, unmatched aesthetical quality.
In addition to the wide range of standard and custom butt pads, EXSTO Italia produces comb raisers, rifle stock elevators and protections, slip on pads, spacers to elongate the stock and pistol grips.

For over 40 years, EXSTO Cervellati has specialised in producing recoil pads for rifles according to the customers drawing. Thanks to our deep know-how of this application, we can offer technical support in designing the product. These days, the company produces many thousands of pieces a year, both in rubber and in expanded technopolymers.
Custom recoil pads
The client who wants to create a personalised recoil pad, can choose the shape and size, pattern and logo which will then be transferred onto special moulds belonging to the client.
We also manufacture other custom-made accessories for rifles, such as comb raisers, protective earphones, flexible stock parts in rubber and decorative components.
